Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or facing loss or change. At the heart of my practice is empathy, authenticity, and a belief in your capacity to grow. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll explore your unique needs, helping you move towards greater self-acceptance, resilience, and autonomy, at a pace that feels right for you.
I’m Kim, a BACP registered Transactional Analysis therapist with a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma and many years’ experience supporting people through life’s challenges. Transactional Analysis is a collaborative approach that helps make sense of patterns, relationships, and inner experiences.
I also draw on my background in yoga, valuing the mind–body connection in healing. I invite you to reach out for a free 20-minute consultation to see if working together feels right.

Starting a yoga class for the first time can feel intimidating, especially if you’re feeling anxious or unsure of what to expect. My classes are inclusive, friendly, and rooted in a supportive yoga community where everyone is welcomed with warmth and acceptance. I take great pride in the community we’ve created — a space where newcomers feel at ease and able to practise without pressure or comparison.

My classes are open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. I’m a 400-hour trained yoga teacher and completed my advanced training in India, where I deepened my understanding of meditation and mindful practices. With over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry, a background as a professional dancer, and qualifications in psychotherapy, I weave modern psychological theory into the ancient philosophies of yoga. My strong grounding in anatomy and physiology allows me to adapt classes to support different bodies and needs
