Kim’s yoga classes make me feel wonderful, both physically and mentally. From absolute beginners to experienced practitioners, Kim guides us all in her calm, supportive and inspirational way. Kim is softly spoken with a kind nature. She is well aware of her clients needs and adapts her yoga practice accordingly. She differentiates routines based on ability level. Kim thrives on motivating, pushing and developing her clients level of ability. Kim is from a dance background, this clearly shows in her yoga poses. My self and a friend travel 30 minutes to attend her classes as do a number of others, which shows how good she is. Well worth the journey.
